1. A Regular Periodic Health Examination
Ever since college days I have had periodic health examinations - usually once a year - which have, of course, invariably included a thorough examination of my teeth.
These health examinations have been a source of great comfort and satisfaction to me year after year. Little defects and deteriorations have been quickly corrected, and through expert medical and dental care and advice I have been able to maintain a high degree of physical fitness and well-being continuously down through the years.
It is interesting to note that a growing number of business concerns are becoming convinced that periodic check-ups are essential not only for their executives but for the health of their businesses. Dr. Ralph T. Collins, a neurologist-psychiatrist at Eastman Kodak Company, believes regular physical examinations can help an executive "unload himself of his fears, anxieties, resentments, hostilities, inadequacies, and other worries."
Annual check-ups by your doctor and dentist will cost you modest fees, of course, but I can assure you they will prove to be the most rewarding expenses you will ever have. Physical health is the basis for mental and spiritual health - the promise of full realization of success and happiness.
